Sweet Pea Hummus
The Santa Fe Farmers Market has been chock full of sweet peas, sugar snap peas and english peas in the past few weeks. The abundance has been inspiring to say the least, and I have been consuming lots and lots of peas! I have not had Sweet Pea Hummus in a few years but I was definitely quick to whip it up as soon as I thought about it. It is fresh, light and delicious.

Wow, I love the idea of hummus made with different types of legumes. This looks really nice.
Thanks Nicole,
Let me know if you try it out. It is delicious!
